Our fulfillment team plays a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. Position Overview The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Pick and pack products according to order requirements * Prepare, label, and stage orders for shipment * Verify order accuracy before shipment * Maintain organized workstations and inventory areas * Assist with inventory counts and basic reporting * Follow warehouse safety and quality procedures Minimum requirements: Qualifications & Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus (not required) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Attention to detail and reliability * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits * Competitive hourly pay * Paid training * Opportunities for advancement within the company * Stable, full-time employment * Supportive and professional work environment
