We are looking for a talented, driven, and detail-oriented Staging Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has an eye for design, organization, and client service. This is not simply decorating homes—it's creating experiences that maximize a property's value while maintaining our signature white-glove standard.

Position Summary

The Staging Designer is responsible for designing and executing beautiful, market-driven staging installations for luxury homes and model residences. This role combines creativity with logistics, requiring someone who can confidently manage projects from concept through installation while working closely with our warehouse, movers, vendors, clients, and real estate professionals.

The ideal candidate has exceptional design instincts, outstanding organizational skills, and a passion for creating spaces that help homes sell quickly and for top dollar.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Project Planning

• Design luxury staging concepts tailored to each property's architecture, target buyer, and price point.
• Create furniture layouts and styling plans that maximize each home's appeal.
• Select furnishings, artwork, accessories, wallpaper, drapery, rugs, lighting, and décor from company inventory.
• Ensure every project reflects REH Interiors' luxury brand standards.
• Stay current on staging trends, luxury design, and buyer preferences.

Installation & Styling

• Lead and oversee staging installations and uninstalls.
• Direct warehouse teams and movers during installations.
• Style every room with attention to detail, balance, proportion, and photography readiness.
• Perform final walkthroughs to ensure every detail meets company standards.
• Troubleshoot design challenges on-site and make adjustments as needed.

Warehouse Collaboration

• Work closely with the warehouse team to pull inventory for upcoming projects.
• Ensure inventory selections are complete, clean, and installation-ready.
• Identify damaged or missing items and coordinate replacements.
• Return inventory accurately following installations and uninstalls.
• Help maintain inventory quality standards.

Client Relations

• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, developers, and Realtors.
• Conduct staging consultations when needed.
• Represent REH Interiors with professionalism and confidence at all times.
• Build positive relationships that generate repeat business.

Project Management

• Manage multiple staging projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate schedules with Operations and Production teams.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Assist with proposals, inventories, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects stay within staging budgets and inventory availability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Professional home staging experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in luxury residential interiors is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of scale, proportion, color, texture, and furniture placement.
• Excellent styling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Must live within 20 miles of Boca Raton, FL
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds and assist during installations when needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Studio Designer, Stageforce, Odoo, or similar project management software, preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools and technology to improve workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with Canva or design presentation software.
• Understanding of luxury real estate and buyer psychology.
