Job Description
Our client is seeking an organized, customer-focused Entry-Level IT Associate to join their team in Gaithersburg, MD. In this role, you will serve as the primary first point of contact for daily internal technology needs, delivering friendly, efficient hands-on and remote support to our staff. Working closely alongside the IT Manager and external vendors, you will gain comprehensive exposure to enterprise technology by maintaining hardware inventories, troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments, configuring new employee workstations, and supporting overall office technology.
This position is ideal for an eager problem-solver with an Associate degree, trade certification, or CompTIA A+ ambition who is looking to launch a long-term career in Information Technology within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
salary: $22 - $31 per hour

Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 1 assistance for hardware, printers, phones, and software issues, including Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, and routine password resets.
- Hardware & User Onboarding: Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, monitors, and mobile devices to ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Systems & Asset Management: Maintain organized IT inventory, assist with software installations/updates, and document support requests and internal IT procedures.
- Collaboration & Career Growth: Partner with the IT Manager and external vendors to support office technology, conference rooms, and ongoing firm-wide IT projects.
