We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations for a growing organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to provide accurate financial insights, improve operational performance, and support strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience , strong analytical capabilities, excellent business judgment, and a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management presentations.
Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and business-performance analyses.
Partner with executive leadership and department heads on financial planning and strategic decisions.
Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and operating performance.
Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve margins and business performance.
Manage financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Support annual operating plans, long-range financial planning, and scenario analysis.
Establish and improve financial controls, policies, procedures, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with accounting teams on month-end and year-end close activities.
Support audit, tax, compliance, and other financial requirements.
Evaluate investments, business initiatives, contracts, and operational decisions from a financial perspective.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Mentor finance professionals and contribute to building a high-performing finance organization.
15+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, corporate finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, Controller, or equivalent role .
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis.
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional business teams.
Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, profitability, operating expenses, and financial controls.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with financial reporting or ERP systems.
Experience with financial planning and analytics tools, BI platforms, and business intelligence dashboards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fully remote environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification is preferred.
Experience in SaaS, technology, software, professional services, or other high-growth environments.
Experience supporting executive leadership with financial strategy and decision-making.
Experience with financial automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled finance tools.
Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
Experience with ERP, FP&A, BI, and accounting platforms.
