The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities; the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a working relationship with the office, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crew, with confidentiality and professionalism.
Prepare and maintain contracts/subcontracts, permits and associated documents as required for construction projects. Prepare, organize, and maintain office files, databases and documentation, paper and digital.
