Salary: $115,000 - 155,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with experience leading end-to-end project delivery, from early ideation and planning through execution.
• We need proficiency with project management tools and methods, including Microsoft Suite, Copilot, Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• We are looking for the ability to engage stakeholders and present effectively, including defining target operating models for products and services.
• We need strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholder expectations aligned through clear project reporting.
• Transaction Banking experience is highly valued, along with knowledge of the product development lifecycle, business readiness, and process mapping.
• Relevant certifications such as Agile, CAPM, or PMP are considered a plus.
• We value analytical ability to support business requirements, develop new or updated processes, and carry out user acceptance testing.
• We may assess critical capabilities such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and role-specific technical skills.

• We identify and analyse business problems and client needs that require change across the organisation.
• We develop business requirements that address business challenges and opportunities.
• We work closely with stakeholders to make sure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
• We support the preparation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
• We carry out feasibility studies to assess whether proposed solutions are viable.
• We produce progress reports to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• We create operational and process designs so solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
• We support change management activity, including developing traceability matrices to help embed solutions successfully into the organisation.
• We advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and help maintain operational effectiveness.
• We may lead a team handling complex work, set objectives, coach colleagues, and assess performance against those objectives.
• We may also lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, and identify when input from other specialist areas is needed.
• We consult on complex issues and provide advice to help resolve escalated matters.
• We identify ways to reduce risk and develop new policies and procedures to support governance and control.
• We take ownership of risk management and strengthening controls in relation to our work.
• We collaborate across functions to stay aligned with business activity and strategy.
• We analyse complex information from multiple internal and external sources to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• We communicate complex information clearly, including sensitive or difficult subject matter.
• We influence and persuade stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes.
