Salary: $77,000 - 220,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• We require an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• We require at least 2 years of experience with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada.
• We require at least 2 years of experience developing, documenting, and maintaining software architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
• For seniority level 3, we prefer 5 or more years of related experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• For seniority level 4, we prefer 9 or more years of related experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• We prefer experience with Agile or SAFe development.
• We prefer experience using DevOps tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Git Bash, Gradle, Jira, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
• We prefer the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders across different backgrounds and technical levels.
• We prefer experience developing embedded real-time software.
• We prefer experience working with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• We require candidates to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements and qualify as a U.S. Person.
• We require an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship for this role.

• We develop, document, and maintain software architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
• We write and maintain code and integrate software components into a complete, working system.
• We create verification plans, test procedures, and test environments, then execute tests and record results to confirm requirements are met.
• We carry out software research and development efforts and document the outcomes.
• We act as a subject matter expert in software areas, system-specific matters, processes, and regulations.
• We troubleshoot software problems.
• We work under general direction as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile scrum team.
• We design, implement, test, and integrate new capabilities for the Operational Flight Program and aircraft subsystems.
