Now Hiring for a Shipper & Receiver in Swedesboro, NJ

This role is responsible for managing all shipping and receiving activities within a warehouse environment. You will handle the movement of products, materials, and supplies, ensure accurate inventory control, and support production by preparing materials as needed. The position combines hands-on material handling with careful documentation and quality checks to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Shift/Pay:

• Monday to Friday, 6:30/7am to 3/3:30pm
• $20-22 per hour (Based on Experience )

Responsibilities:

• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies in the warehouse.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks and deliveries.
• Hand pick, pack, and palletize orders accurately according to specifications.
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently.
• Perform visual checks and inspections of items received to verify quality, accuracy, and condition.
• Sort, stock, and organize receivables in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of products and packaging materials through regular cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Operate RF scanners to pick, pack, and track inventory and orders.
• Prepare kit pools for production when needed, ensuring materials are complete and properly staged.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and ready work area in the shipping and receiving and warehouse spaces.
• Engage with vendors, drivers, and internal teams in a professional and positive manner.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of proven experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on hand picking and order picking experience.
• 2+ years of operating forklifts, including sit-down forklifts, with safe forklift operating practices.
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse inventory, and cycle counts.
• Comfort working in general labor, production, and packaging tasks as needed.
• Capability to work both collaboratively with a small team and independently with minimal supervision.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Swedesboro,NJ.
