Job Description

1. Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or higher, Fluent in Japanese, with professional proficiency in English or Chinese as a working language.
2. Experience: More than 8 years of work experience, proven track record in general management/business operations within the Japanese consumer market. Deep understanding of local market nuances and consumer behavior.
3. Integrated Marketing & Omni-Channel Execution: Strong expertise in brand marketing and channel synergy, with a proven ability to integrate resources across digital marketing, e-commerce, and offline channels to drive top-line growth.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Business-minded with a sharp analytical skill set; capable of leveraging market analytics, sales performance, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions. 1.P&L & Strategic Leadership: Drive overall business management and strategic growth in Japan. Hold full P&L accountability for regional revenue and profitability, formulating and executing medium-to-long-term strategies to scale brand presence and achieve commercial goals.

1. Market Strategy & Localization: Deeply analyze Japanese consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Develop and execute tailored localization strategies across brand building, product positioning, channel distribution, and marketing to elevate ESR’s market share and brand equity.
2. Marketing & Growth Execution: Lead the Japan marketing team across brand communications, integrated marketing campaigns, user acquisition, and resource allocation, ensuring marketing initiatives directly translate into sustainable business growth.
3. Operational Excellence & Analytics: Establish operational and management frameworks for the Japanese market. Continuously optimize business strategies through sales data, market feedback, and consumer insights to improve operational efficiency and drive sustainable long-term growth.
