Job Summary

As Sales Director - Enterprise at NetApp, you are accountable for leading all enterprise sales activity across a defined

motions. You will engage at the most senior levels of customer organizations, positioning NetApp as a trusted strategic
platform partner aligned to enterprise-wide data, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.

As a senior executive presence both internally and externally, the Sales Director Enterprise serves as a trusted advisor
to C suite leaders while providing strong leadership, coaching, and direction to a high-performing enterprise sales team.

Job Requirements

• Own and deliver enterprise segment revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives across a defined region,
ensuring predictable execution and sustained account expansion.

• Develop and execute regional enterprise account strategies that balance near-term results with multi-year
transformation opportunities and strategic deal pursuits.

• Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, and Line-of-Business
leaders across enterprise customers.

• Personally sponsor and lead the region’s largest and most complex opportunities, ensuring disciplined
qualification, governance, forecasting accuracy, and risk management.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Client Executives, setting clear expectations around account
planning, value-based selling, and executive engagement.

• Drive strategic partner engagement with systems integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners,
integrating them into enterprise account strategies and deal execution.

• Champion enterprise sales transformation through adoption of AI-enabled selling, data-driven
decision-making, and modern sales execution practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise-segment sales teams and managing large, complex, multi-year,
high-value customer engagements.

• Demonstrated track record of exceeding enterprise revenue targets and driving sustained growth in
technology, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise software environments.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with C-suite and senior
enterprise stakeholders.

• Highly structured and disciplined leader capable of orchestrating multiple concurrent enterprise sales
motions across matrixed organizations.

• Strong business and financial acumen combined with technical credibility across data management, cloud,
hybrid infrastructure, and modern enterprise architectures.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing
teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree
preferred
