Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing technical development projects related to Python, C++, and Java. The primary objective is to drive the successful implementation of complex technical solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using python, c++, and java.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and implement effective solutions to optimize system performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in python, c++, and java technologies to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in python, c++, and java programming languages.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience in leading technical teams and managing end-to-end software development lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within tight deadlines.
Other Requirements
Relevant certifications in Python, C++, or Java are a plus.
