Job Description

Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a well-established printing and visual communications company seeking a Printer Operator to support daily production operations. This is a first shift, direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Operate digital printing, finishing, laminating, coating, and cutting equipment to produce high-quality printed materials and graphics.
• Monitor production schedules, manage multiple print jobs simultaneously, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and assist with minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of production materials, including paper, ink, toner, labels, and other consumables.
• Verify production documentation, maintain quality standards, and support workplace safety initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.
• Assist with inventory management activities and collaborate with team members across departments to support efficient workflow and project completion.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in printing, graphic arts, design, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in digital printing, signage production, graphics manufacturing, or a related production environment preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and follow quality control procedures.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with print workflow software, color management concepts, or RIP software is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work effectively in a production-focused environment while maintaining reliability and attention to detail.
