Job Description

A boutique IP law firm has a need for Patent Attorneys. In this role you will support biotech clients with their patent prosecution needs.  This is a hybrid role with in office work Monday-Wednesday. Free parking. Beautiful office overlooking the Potomac.  Position requires: (a) degree in biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, cellular biology, or biochemistry; (b) 1+ years of patent prosecution experience; (c) ability to independently work a docket right away; (d) USPTO license; (e) VA license or the ability to waive in.  Billable hour minimum is 1800. Includes a base salary, bonus, and excellent benefits, including profit sharing.
