Now Hiring: Parts Counter Person Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach is looking for a fast-paced, friendly, and motivated Parts Counter Person to support our busy Service Department and Collision Center. This position plays a critical role in keeping our technicians productive and our customers happy. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys helping others, and understands the importance of building strong relationships with technicians and service advisors. A positive attitude isn't just preferred—it's a must! Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with parts lookups and orders
• Quickly source and distribute parts to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technicians and service advisors
• Ensure parts are accurately billed, stocked, and delivered
• Assist with inventory control and organization
• Communicate effectively with team members throughout the day
• Provide outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Positive, upbeat attitude every day

• Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships and work well with others
• Automotive parts experience preferred
• Ford parts experience is a plus but not required
