About the Role:
Delivery & Distribution Solutions L is looking for driven, entrepreneurial Owner-Operators to run regional Sprinter Van routes out of Solon, OH. This is your chance to be your own boss while partnering with a company that sets you up for success. Responsibilities:
Operate your own Sprinter Van on assigned regional delivery routes in and around Solon, OH
Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of packages and freight to customers
Maintain vehicle safety standards, cleanliness, and DOT compliance
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding route status and delivery updates
Manage daily route manifests, proof of delivery documentation, and electronic logging
Handle loading, unloading, and proper securing of cargo
Represent the company professionally at every customer touchpoint
Requirements:
Must own or have access to a Sprinter Van or similar cargo van in good working condition
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
Proof of commercial auto insurance and active business entity (LLC preferred)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
Prior delivery, logistics, or owner-operator experience is a plus
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional demeanor
