We’re Hiring! Order Fulfillment Associates

Future Location: Sioux Falls, SD (Opening Summer 2026)
Training Location: Pipestone, MN
Multiple Openings

PIPESTONE is expanding our warehouse operations into Sioux Falls, SD , and we’re looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to join our Order Fulfillment team ! This is an exciting opportunity to train in Pipestone and be part of the launch of our brand-new warehouse.

Position Objective

This individual is responsible for receiving and fulfilling orders in a timely and efficient manner. Work independently to accurately prepare orders for shipment and clearly communicate between departments to provide the best possible service to PIPESTONE customers. This is a fast-paced, high-energy work environment providing animal health supplies to farmers across the United States.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients
• Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders
• Understand and utilize SAGE and ScanForce systems
• Inventory management through scanning, tracking, and reporting discrepancies
• Follow established processes, procedures, and bio-security requirements
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and demonstrate strong time management
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with other departments

Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
• Warehouse experience preferred; leadership experience a plus but not required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• High-paced, high-energy warehouse environment
• Standing and walking for 8–10 hours per day
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
• Frequent lifting of 0–50 lbs
• Occasional team lifting up to 100 lbs
• Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and equipment that may be loud
• Friendly, energetic atmosphere with strong team unity

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Forklift operation
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to attend and participate in meetings
• Projects as assigned
