Job Title: Oracle TRCS Senior Lead Consultant / Solution Architect (Onsite)

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) Consultant to provide application support, administration and enhancement services for Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS). The consultant will be responsible for supporting tax provisioning, effective tax rate (ETR) calculations, deferred tax reporting, tax compliance processes, data integrations, metadata management and monthly Oracle updates. Role involves collaborating with Tax, Finance, Accounting and IT teams to ensure smooth operation of tax reporting processes and timely issue resolution within SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle TRCS applications and related EPM processes.
• Support Oracle TRCS application administration and maintenance.
• Monitor and support monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting cycles.
• Manage tax provisioning, current tax, deferred tax and ETR calculations.
• Support tax account reconciliations and reporting requirements.
• Perform metadata updates, hierarchy maintenance, security administration and application configurations.
• Support integration between TRCS, FCCS, ERP systems, Data Management/Data Exchange and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot data load, calculation and reporting issues.
• Support Smart View, web forms, dashboards and reports.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Support monthly Oracle patch impact assessments, testing and release activities.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management and product-related issues.
• Prepare support documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Implement approved enhancements and process optimization initiatives.
