You will work directly with the IT Manager and gain practical experience supporting day to day technology operations across multiple dealership locations. The goal is to expose you to how IT actually operates in a business environment how issues are diagnosed, how systems are managed, and how technology supports sales, service, and operations. What You’ll Learn As an IT Help Desk Intern, you’ll gain exposure to: * How IT supports a multi-location dealership environment * Real-world troubleshooting (hardware, software, and user issues) * User onboarding and offboarding processes * Basic networking concepts and device management * Ticketing, documentation, and IT workflows * Cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices * How technology directly impacts sales, service, and business operations You’ll work on simple, guided tasks at first and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow.
