We also offer: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) with Company Participation * Basic Life Insurance * Accident & Critical Illness Insurance * Paid Time Off * Employee Vehicle Purchase Program * Employee Discounts on Parts, Service & Vehicles * Ongoing Training and Professional Development * Career Advancement Opportunities Within Our Growing Dealer Group * Family-Owned Company with a Strong Team Culture Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and wholesale customers. * Assist service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying the correct parts in a timely manner. * Utilize dealership parts catalogs and inventory management systems to identify, source, and order parts. * Process customer orders, special orders, returns, and warranty parts accurately. * Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control procedures. * Coordinate with the Parts Manager to source backordered or hard-to-find parts. * Follow up with customers regarding order status and expected delivery times. * Keep the parts department organized, clean, and stocked. * Work collaboratively with the Service and Sales Departments to support dealership operations. * Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications * 2+ years of automotive dealership parts counter experience required. * Experience using dealership management systems such as Dealertrack strongly preferred. * Experience working with Toyota OEM parts highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and manufacturer catalogs. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. * High School Diploma or GED required. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership for extended periods. * Frequently lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 pounds. * Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed while retrieving inventory. * Comfortable working in both warehouse and customer-facing environments.
