About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Welcome, engage, and assist event attendees and community members.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Support promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Communicate event, campaign, product, or program information clearly.
• Assist with event materials, displays, supplies, and on-site logistics.
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming event environment.
• Support community outreach and promotional activities.
• Work closely with event, marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
• Assist with customer and attendee engagement activities.
• Collect feedback and report observations when applicable.
• Follow company procedures, event guidelines, and safety requirements.
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development.
