We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and help support the planning, setup, and execution of events. No prior event experience is required. We provide paid training and hands-on support to help you learn the role and develop valuable workplace skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Help prepare event materials, displays, supplies, and equipment
• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Support event staff with check-in, registration, and guest questions
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming event environment
• Communicate with team members to ensure events run smoothly
• Assist with promotional activities and distributing event materials when needed
• Follow event schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned
