job summary:
Seeking an Electrical Engineer with Circuit Card Assembly experience for a high growth DoD contractor in the Dallas, TX area.
The Electrical Engineer would be responsible for design and be involved in the manufacture of electrical circuits and circuit cards, while interfacing with industry leading subject matter experts from a variety of disciplines including integrated circuit design, test engineering, software engineering, mechanical design, and system design.

responsibilities:
- Circuit Card Design & Development: Execute full-lifecycle design, including requirements definition, component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, CCA verification testing, troubleshooting/debugging, and documentation
- Design Reviews: Prepare and present detailed design review materials to technical peers, management, and customers.
- Analog & Digital Circuitry: Design, integrate, and test complex analog and digital circuits, including digital signal processing (DSP).
- Subsystem Verification: Verify performance against subsystem-level requirements.
- Project Planning: Contribute budget, cost, and schedule estimates for assigned engineering tasks.
- Execution & Analysis: Deliver assigned tasks on schedule while gathering and analyzing data to drive decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build internal networks and apply interpersonal skills across teams.
- Engineering Operations: Perform varied technical tasks to gain broad familiarity with engineering staff, processes, programs, and best practices.
- Organizational Support: Align work with and champion the mission, values, and culture of the organization
