  • Partner with advisors through joint work, client meetings, and case consultation to advance opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and help close business.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing advisor population by providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and development opportunities that support long-term success.
  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and productivity metrics to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement actions that improve business results.

You bring strong field credibility, the ability to influence performance, and a passion for helping advisors achieve their full potential. You are energized by leading in a performance-driven environment, using data and insights to make decisions, and building a culture focused on client outcomes and business results.

  • Active FINRA registrations and insurance licenses, or the ability to obtain required licenses within established timeframes.
  • Strong coaching, talent development, and performance management skills with the ability to improve advisor productivity and business results.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, manage sales pipelines, and implement strategies that drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across field and corporate partners.
