Join our Cold Spring, MN team as a Caribou opener. We are looking for associates who can ensure a friendly, enthusiastic culture and deliver a superior coffee experience to our customers. 

• Shifts start at 5:30 am
• Shift ends: flexible with end times (11 am - 1 pm)

About the Caribou Opener:

We are hiring enthusiastic, friendly openers who are passionate about creating a welcoming store atmosphere. The Caribou associate is responsible for upholding Teal's Market Core values while assisting guests with beverage and food orders.

Responsibilities:

• Able to work mornings (5:30am start)
• Greeting customers and entering their orders into the register.
• Brew, mix, and blend beverages according to set standards. 
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines. 
• Be knowledgeable about all product offerings and answer customers' questions.
• Will be expected to operate all machines in the coffee shop and know and understand the recipes of the beverages.

Qualifications:

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations. The duties of this position may change from time to time.
