We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. Butchering or meat-processing experience is a plus, but motivated candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply. salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare pork and other meat products according to specifications
- Break down and portion meat using knives and other cutting equipment
- Maintain consistent cuts, weights, and product quality
- Inspect meat for quality and remove unwanted fat, bones, or other materials
- Operate and maintain butcher-shop equipment safely
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Properly package, label, and store finished products
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced meat-processing environment
- Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Perform other duties as needed to support daily operation
