Bookkeeper Company: Alloy Products Corp. (APC) Location: Waukesha, WI
Hours: Day shift, flexible start/end times to meet your needs
Pay range: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience

Alloy Products Corp. is hiring a
Bookkeeper to support our accounting team with reconciliations, accounts payable, and cash records. This is a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across an ERP system and Excel day to day.
What You'll Do Reconciliations & Month-End Support - Reconcile system records to bank statements and company credit card statements
- Collect supporting documentation and follow up on anything missing or incomplete
Banking, Payments & Cash Records - Enter bank checks and bank transfers into the accounting/ERP system
Accounts Payable Support - Enter accounts payable invoices, including non-inventory items and purchase order-related inventory items, into the ERP system
Records, Documentation & Internal Controls - Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy accounting records
- Ensure supporting documentation is complete, organized, and retrievable
Systems You'll Use - Infor VISUAL ERP
- Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel emphasis)
- Online banking (NACHA experience a plus)
- Various vendor portals
What You'll Need - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills, plus proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with ERP or accounting software systems
- Experience with bank reconciliations and month-end close support
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines
Preferred Qualifications - Manufacturing accounting experience
- Experience processing customer payments and vendor invoices
- A track record of spotting opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
