We are looking for baristas 18 years or older.

We’re a fast, aesthetic, high-energy coffee drive-thru that Gen Z actually wants to pull up to.

Think: quick service, fire seasonal drinks, Instagram-worthy, stunning drink, and zero corporate robot energy.

But here’s the thing: we’re not just serving coffee.

We’re creating someone’s favorite part of their day!

Our regulars know our names. We know their drinks. We celebrate their wins, hype them up when they need it, and make people feel seen. If you’re the kind of person who genuinely enjoys talking to people and making their day better, you’ll fit right in.

• You can handle a 7-drink order while someone’s screaming “CAN YOU ADD EXTRA CARAMEL DRIZZLE” through the speaker.
• You give off chill but fast energy (we move like DoorDash drivers during dinner rush).
• You can multitask without melting down when the line wraps around the building.
• You enjoy talking to customers instead of hiding from them.
• You remember regulars, ask questions, and genuinely care about creating connections.
• You’re the type of person who notices opportunities to make someone’s day and actually takes them.
• You’re a team player. You communicate, help where needed, and don’t hit coworkers with the classic “that’s not my job.”
• You’re teachable. Nobody walks in knowing everything. We love people who can take feedback, learn quickly, and keep improving without getting defensive.
• You’re not afraid to be a little extra at the window or write something amazing on a cup when the vibe is right.
• You can vibe check a customer in 0.3 seconds and match their energy (dead silent 6am girly? We got you. Cracked out energy at 2pm? Let’s gooo, we got you pookie )

• Must be coachable, communicative, and willing to learn
