• Provide comprehensive client services and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional banking clients
• Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless client experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction
• Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric strategies and initiatives
• Participate in the analysis of client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize service delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Provide administrative support and coordination as needed

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
